As per title, I bet most of people also know about this game as this game many of us played or heard during our childhood.

I've been supporting this game by buying the in-game currency, but I've regretted.

The game has constant problems since its launch like black screen stuck issue, items missing issue, server lagging issue(and ask us to check our ISP, not their problem), and others.

Now it has come to a point which I really cannot tahan because those devs and mods treated us really unfair because people are cheating using 3rd party software in-game and they only punish them for like 3~15 days?

Which clearly stated in their own Terms and Condition, 3rd party application uses will result in permanent ban or something like that. But now, they are taking this issue lightly which I felt after I've supported so much and they just let go of these cheaters.

Do you think I can do a full refund from Google or is it possible to chargeback from my debit card?
