TIME Broadband with Asus RT-AC68U Router

Hi Folks,

Have anyone setup TIME Broadband with their own Asus router before?

I tried doing a Quick Internet Setup using my PPoE user name and password
but it doesn't seem to connect to Internet.

Wondering if there's other settings I need to be concern about.

Hypptv Multicast Failure

Just got myself a TPLink AC60 and manage to get
unifi + hypptv working.

The issue is Hypptv is not stable.
Whenever I needed to restart my router Hypptv may not work.
Although there's internet, Hypptv is just blank with a Satellite X Logo.

I may need to reboot my router a couple of times and
if I am lucky, Hypptv works again.

What I realize is that whenever Hypptv fails to work,
the "Multicast Connectivity" test fails.

Anyone encountered the same issue and
any suggestion to fix this?

We were looking forward for a good 1st trimester visit with Dr. Wong at Sunway Medical Centre (SMC)
but came out truly disappointed with the visit. Here's the reason why,

1) When I ask about 1st Trimester "test", he recommended the RM 2000+ procedure from the US with a higher accuracy to detect down-syndrome.
I was aware about a "cheaper" test albeit lower accuracy (85% vs 95%) which is around RM 500+
I asked him about it and the cost for this "cheaper" test in SMC and to my surprise he answered,
"I have no idea how much, you can go out and ask"... Seriously? An experience Gynae like himself doesn't know an estimate price range
for the "cheaper" test yet know the price for the more "expensive" one?

2) He has a rush attitude. His mode of communication = Ask 1 question, get 1 answer.
Folding arms while talking, his body language explains everything.

3) During the Scan, he mention nothing unless asked. Come on Mr. Wong, is it that hard to at least explain and
put some effort in showing some interest in our 3 month old fetus.

4) When I told him I wanted to do the test now... He said the fetus was not in position... and ask us to return.
Really? Please let me know if this is true.. from my research and feedback from other Gynae, this doesn't seem true.
I hope he isn't Lying...

5) Cost... his consultation fee is RM 250+.. bringing the total cost of 1st time visit in SMC to approx RM 450.
Even more expensive then both Prince Court (RM 340+) and Desa Park City (RM 320+)

Just wanted to vent and share my experience with this doctor... it was such a distasteful and expensive
experience that I just have to let it out.

Peugeot Extended Warranty claims

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if anyone faced a challenge on claiming for "Extended" Warranty.

Was told rejected because of 1-2k mileage late for servicing, which I felt is unfair.

Anyone face similar issue before ? Did you manage to appeal?

2 Router Setup - WiFi Internet error

Modem = 2 x DLINK 2640T Modem Router.

I am trying to do a 2 router setup. I

The First D-link is connected to the telephone line for Broadband (TMNET).

The Second D-Link is connected to the First D-Link.

All the LAN Wired equipment (PC, xbox, ps3, WDTV) that's connected
to the First or Second D-Link works Fine.

However, the Wifi internet connection is now Screw up (not working).
All my wireless device (Laptop & ipad) can detect the WIFI but is unable to connect to the internet.

Previously with just one D-LINK router setup... WiFi internet works fine.

Any idea what happen? I am guessing it's got to do with some settings
but I am not sure where to start.

Does anyone know of any Good Pet Hotel or Care Taker for
Dogs in the PJ / KL area?
And i really do mean one that is really good
and cares for your Dog.

I just brought my Dog back from De Ritz Pet Hotel in IKANO
and he came back with blood on his feet and feeling dehydrated.

Apparently the so call "5 star" hotel doesn't give a
damn and ignorant about the dogs in their care
despite their claims of 5-star treatment.

Hoping if you can share your mattress purchase experience.

Thinking of getting a Getha Mattress after trying their
"Dream 9 Zone"... selling King Size at RM 6450 (after discount).
It sure is comfortable but i am concern about the
reliability and company reputation.

Under Construction Property

Hi Folks,

I am thinking of buying an under-construction property.
I visited the site and it is near completion. (should be done 2-3 months time.)

Would like some insights from anyone
with experience on buying under-construction property.

Some questions on my mind is,

1) How long does it take for CF to be issue after completion

2) Does Property generally appreciate right after CF is issued

3) What are the "important" things i have to take note of
in terms of payments. (exp. who pays initial insurance, sinking fund, etc.)

Any sharing on this topic would be great.

Take out your Yearly KWSP Report...

Look at your Total Year-End Amount (December)
for either Account 1, 2 or Both.

Now multiply that with 4.5% Dividend (2008).
The Dividend payout noted in the Report is definitely LESS then 4.5%.

Anyone has any idea why?
What happen to the "missing" cash?

Admin fee? If yes, shouldn't it be stated in the KWSP Annual Report or something
Perhaps a different calculation is used?

The rental returns looks good but there seem to be lots of development going on
