Vivaz touch screen problem

dont know why suddenly got this problem ,,

i cant use the touch screen meaning i cant use the phone at all , cant unlock the phone , only can answer calls

the phone is functioning well , but only the touch screen...

i tried

UPDATE THE FIRMWARE - FAILED
REMOVE AND REINSERT BATTERY - FAILED
FULLY CHARGE PHONE - FAILED

PC turn on for a few seconds than turn off

Hello guys ,

i just bought a new motherboard and a new PSU then i installed it inside my case
as the problem stated , my PC turns on a few seconds then suddenly turn off , then cannot turn on again..

the monitor also black and not showing anything..
what seems to be the problem?

ok , i just noticed that my motherboard ( GA-EP43-UD3L ) is faulty already
but it still have another 2 years warranty ( bought last year )
but the problem is , i lose the receipt
can i just claim warranty with the box??

i just bought a new casing and a new psu , so i decided to export everything from my old casing to my new one

what happen is , i already assemble it correctly but i cant turn on my PC ( nothing happens )

ok heres the problem

when i on my pc for a long time ( not that long , about 12-15 hours ) , my pc will auto turn off , and i need to wait for awhile to be able to turn it on again ( 1 hour ) , and the weird this is , i need to replug the power supply from the PSU so that i can turn on my pc again

any solution?
