Help! 1st floor toilet leak

My ceiling got water stain. I suspect it is from the 1st floor toilet. Anyone can recommend a good contractor to fix this problem? Any idea how much the cost would be? Btw, I am in Cheras area.

been reading quite a number of posts on maxis. impression i hv is:

1) Maxis is quite competitive in term of benefits
2) Stressful working environment
3) Management practices dictatorship
4) No work life balance
5) A good learning ground for fresh graduate
6) racial and lotsa politics

above are some of the impressions i hv after reading the posts.

Is it really dat bad? appreciate if someone who really work/worked there (menara maxis) to comment and give a more non biased picture.

hi,

can someone advise on the fastest way to get to The Gardens from equatorial hotel, kuala lumpur? I only hv about 1 hr to reach the place I wan to go and it's during peak hour (about 5pm) on working day. Taking a cab may be a bit too long coz of the traffic.

current company

pros
1) stable
2) good team members, colleagues and immediate boss
3) being recognised
4) work is manageable (i.e can go home on time)

cons
1) salary is considerably lower
2) a lot of non value added work
3) big boss very moody type and always seem like no energy to work

new company
1) stable
2) new job scope with more propects (i think la)
3) income is competitive

cons
1) the people are very process oriented (in other words...no human touch)

if you are in such a situation, will you choose to stay on or give a try to the new company?

i have downloaded the Email Setup application in my mobile and successfully setup my email account for easy accessibility. My question is, i noticed that the wifi is on 24 hours now (even though after i hv disconnected it), it will automatically on back. Will this use up my battery? I hv change the access point to my home wifi instead of Maxis Internet. I supposed that the cost will be on the streamyx and not on Maxis rite?

hello,

may i know how long averagely Nokia 5800 battery can last?

last time using sony ericson W800, the battery can last for 5 days for normal usage and if i use it as walkman (4-5 hours continously), then the batt can last for 3 days.

now i am using Nokia 5800. only at night time, i will use it to transfer songs, update/change contacts, wifi etc. During day time, it's just normal phone/sms usage. the battery can only last for only 2 days ( 1 1/2 approximately).

is this consider heavy usage? is this normal?
