Hello there,

I just want to ask about installing Unifi in an apartment / condo..do the TM guys have to drill the wall to pull the fiber cable or do they configure it via the existing phone port?

I have called and confirmed with my apartment management office, they said the cabling will be done in the main cable room, but they not sure how the TM guys configure it inside the apartment unit.

My concern is only if TM guys drill holes to pull the cable inside.

Any advise?

I would like to know what is the impact to have the 3.5G symbol on the top left side of the phone (Nokia E72)? Does it mean the 3G is always on and my bill will increase tremendously?

If yes, can someone pls help me to turn off the 3.5G so that I can still pay only RM30 a month? I am a Digi subscriber and I am new to E72 phone.

Lucasfilm developing 'Star Wars' comedy series

I have a bad feeling about this...

Lucasfilm Animation is developing a "Star Wars" animated comedy series.

Better to have fans laughing with you than at you, I guess.

After three unintentionally funny prequels, Lucasfilm is teaming with Seth Green and Matthew Senreich ("Robot Chicken") for a comedic look at the "Star Wars" universe.

In a statement, Green said:

“The ‘Star Wars’ universe is so dense and rich; it’s crazy to think that there aren’t normal, mundane everyday problems in a world so well-defined. And it’s even crazier to think of what those problems might be, since it’s all set in a galaxy far, far away. What do these characters do when they’re not overthrowing Empires?”

No network yet. And really, how about making some progress on that live action series instead?

The show will be produced by Jennifer Hill, with "Simpsons" writer Brendan Hay also on board.

Telekom Malaysia suspends download cap for UniFi

PETALING JAYA: Good news. The download cap on Telekom Malaysia’s UniFi high speed broadband service packages has been suspended.

The telco made the announcement on the Twitter microblogging site today and said it made the decision after taking into account public feedback on the cap.

“NO volume cap 4 all #unifi packages 4 now. Decision due to public feedback. TM will only monitor usage pattern 4 time being (sic),” read the tweet.

A spokesman for Telekom Malaysia told In.Tech that the telco, however, does still reserve the right to enforce a download limit to ensure all UniFi subscribers receive equal service quality.

Yesterday, many Malaysians complained on Twitter about the cap. They were disappointed because the cap would restrict the daily amount of data they can download via the high speed broadband service.

KUALA LUMPUR: Actor Khaeryll Benjamin Ibrahim also known as Benjy claimed trial at the magistrate’s court here to possession of 0.24g methamphetamine.

He was charged with possession of the drugs at A-6-5 Menara Duta 2, Jalan 1/38B off Jalan Segambut here at 4pm on March 11.

Magistrate Hafizza Sauni fixed bail at RM2,000 in one surety. His mother, veteran actress Azean Irdawaty acted as bailor.

The offence under Section 12(2) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 carries a jail term of not more than five years or fine up to RM100,000 or both.
