Frequent loading problem on window startup

My wife laptop having frequent problem during startup. Mostly it will load non stop during the startup or in window screen. The only way I know to cure is to doing "hard reboot" or the power button.. As I know doing this shorten the life of the laptop. Anyway other than sending it to "doctor" hehehe.

I'm Looking for Marble Goby or Ketutu for my aquarium, anyone know any aquarium shop still selling? i'm trying to buy the fry type or 1 inch to 5 inch long.. now a days those shops are selling per kilo... i'm looking for pet not food perfer to know if there is any around Klang...
