Changing Coins Charges

This is an ongoing issues with Alliance Bank. We had no problems of changing coins with other major banks like Maybank, RHB and Public Bank as they allow us to change coins for the 1st RM100.00 without any charge. However, Alliance Bank will start to charge for changing coins if amount is RM100 and above. We did try to change RM99.00 but it is not possible as the officer will say all their coins already pre-pack and the smallest amount is RM150 of 5 cents. I know they do this to discourage people to change coins at the branch and also make some money while doing it.

Do you guys think this matter can be complaint to Bank Negara or Ombudsmen for Financial Services?

It is quite a hassle to get coins with other banks as they are quite far away and our loans/current accounts are with Alliance Bank. It would not be nice to change at other banks when we don't give any other business to them.

Laser MFP

Currently I am using Canon MF5650 for almost 5 years. I am looking for a replacement for it.

Requirement : Must be able to Print, Copy, Scan, Fax
Monthly Duty : 300-500
Monochrome or colour
Price range: less then RM2000.00

I am thinking of switching to HP or FujiXerox but i had heard some bad review about the toner issues. HP won't not print when toner becoming low and Fujixerox need to change both Toner and Drums before it can run again. The Canon that i am using now also won't print faxes when the toner level becoming low but printing document/ copying document still ok. Found some good review of Brothers laser MFP but never got any experience of using it before. Anyone got any suggestion to share?

Belkin Port Forwarding

Try many things many times still unable to port forwarding. I need to open port 80/9870/9871 for my remote access of my DVR CCTV. Previously it is working fine with my DLink Modem+Router until I had to change to Belkin Modem+Router. I had try to set port forwarding under Virtual Server which doesn't help. Even I had try DMZ, the ports still not able to open. I had disable both windows firewall and all my anti-virus firewall but still not helping either. Any Pro can help here??

Windows XP Pro
Belkin F5D9630-4A
Gateway IP 192.168.2.1
Fixed PC IP 192.168.2.2
