Seems the local banks foreign currency account does not accept cash deposits.

New OUG (Main Uphill Hill Development)

Realised previously this famous OUG hill - (u can't miss it on the traffic light junction) has some development poster but was years ago.

Last 2 weeks - aggresive land clearing has been on the move ..

Took some photos this morning ..

But there is some high tension cable at that area if not mistaken ..

anyone knows about this development? pretty sure it would be a good location as it is on high ground ...

A twin 44-storey condominium development has been proposed at the site located at the intersection near OUG Plaza at Taman OUG. EPF Acc2 Withdrawal and Dividend Payoff

Hi i have some enquiries below ;

1)When is the dividend period for 2019 calculated on - is it from Jan 2019 to Dec 2019?

If i withdraw before the Dec 2019, i would not get the full dividend for my account 2?

But if i withdraw from eg 3rd Jan 2020 from my account 2, will my full account 2 amount be still entitled to the full dividend payout?

Or should i withdraw from my Account 2 only after April 2020 when the dividend is fully credited to my EPF account?

OKR possible new areas of developement

Not sure if has been posted before but passing by OKR every morning and realised have 2 possible new areas for development:

1. Old Rapid KL Bus Depoh - saw some clearing works and also a small signboard with EXSIM on it.
If see from behind - it is very near Millerz as well.

2. Realised there is hoarding / fence starting to put up around furniture centre / coco steamboat block already, land behind overall is quite big - but didnt see any signboard.

Wishlist for Upcoming Budget 2020 for HOC

Or perhaps MOT coverage increased beyond 1M?

Having said that - is it okay to sign the Bank LO and SPA now or only after Budget 2020?

Maxis 50 MB plan no longer same upload

Just upgraded from 30mb to 50mb package.

Alway knew that Maxis home broadband gives 100% down and upload as per subscribed package.

Last time 30mb - down 30mb and up 30mb

Now 50mb - down 50mb and up only 20mb!

I called them up and they said it is their new package.

Now my previous cheaper 30mb upload speed is faster than my current more expensive 50mb upload package speed.

Can anyone confirm this is correct?

OS X El Capitan Wifi working but Ethernet don't

Having issues connecting Macbook Air 2011 to the ASUS router N14UHP.

Basically have been connecting well with the router using WIFI with no issues.

Bought a Thunderbolt Ethernet GIGA Apple Adapter to use LAN for faster files transfer.

But each time the LAN is connected 'green color dot' the Internet disconnects.

I have to disable the LAN to connect to the Internet using the normal WIFI connection.

Using different IP address for both (WIFI using DHCP and LAN using assigned with MAC identified)

Appreciate any help as i have found some ppl having issues as well but can't find the solution.
