Asus Motherboard Help

Hi, I'm building myself a new gaming system.

I have a core 2 quad Q6600 2.4Ghz CPU which I wish to keep and still use...
So, I'll still be using a LGA775 socket motherboard

The question is,
There are three boards on my mind,

1) Asus Maximus 2 Formula
2) Asus Striker 2 Formula
3) Asus Rampage Extreme

Can I ask performance wise comparison between the boards?
And the price as well?

These are samsung products that are on my mind..
Planning of buying one

1) Samsung 2333SW
2) Samsung p2350
3) Samsung p2370

I hear that the p2370 is kinda wobbly and has a yellowish tinge to it.. dunno if its true
Can u guys giv ur reviews on these products? Experience maybe?

I'm a casual gamer and into digital painting, I also like watching movies on PC

Asus mobo recommendations

I was wondering of buying a new mobo to replace my intel dp965lt one...
Asus seems like a quality brand, so I'm thinkin of getting either

1. Asus Rampage Formula
2. Asus Maximus 2 Formula
3. Asus p5q Deluxe

These are my current specs
intel Q6600 2.4Ghz, Nvidia GTX260, 4Gb 800Mhz DDR2 RAM, and a 500W Cooler Master PSU..

Which would u recommend? I never OC'd bfore, so I'm planning to OC a little bit..
