Wira 1.6 Timing Belt Loose

Yesterday , i opened up the cambelt cover , and check the condition.
and i founf out that the belt is slack moderately. sometimes i engage in 1st gear and will get low rpm or terus mati enjin even the pedal is pressed .
all sifu here, i just doubt wil this syntom related to the loosen cambelt.

FYI, my timing belt clocked 120K, found that have minor crack already. think of change it another 10k.
