PS3 Red Light of Death-RLOD?

Hello to all lyn members..

I wanna ask something about my PS3..recently my PS3 acting so weird..when i turn on the console for the 1st time,i will turn off by itself after 2-3 second and the red light blinking..i only can push the off button and then turn on again eveything will be ok..

Second problem is my PS3 cannot read any DVD-games or movies at the cold start (after im not turn on the console for an hours)
So i must eject the disk,turn off the console,turn on again,eject and insert the disc quite some time to make my PS3 read my disc..

Sometimes my PS3 "hang/stuck" when i play games of movies..

Can i know what is the problem?Im not see any yellow light so i dont think its a YLOD problem..

If i can repair,how much is the cost and suggestion the shops that can repair also great!
