Medical Practitioner, Healing Method

Recently a friend of mine recommended a medical practitioner as my mom(age 63) is having leg pain due to her age and other sickness such as diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.

This medical practitioner claims that with his healing method, he's able to cure not only leg pains, also other sickness as well as "anti-aging".

My mom passed this "medical practitioner" name card to me and I googled quite some details, but still I would like to hear from u guys.

Also, the medical process is quite costly too, rm70(per visit) total 30times.

Just wondering hows property investment works.

Is it work same as buy n sell car?

For example,

If i'm buying a new property rm300k. approved loan for 90% loan 30years with 2% blr. so it makes total property amounting to rm432k.

If lets say property increase by 30% after a year.. and makes it rm390k. I still can't be able to sell it cos after deducting the loan amount, I still owe bank right.

Usually how property investment works? Cos from what I see, people tend to put down a booking fees for example rm3k. Loan approved, but don't want to sign S&P.. but whenever all units sold out, and prices increases, then they sell it and earn the difference??

Sorry, cos I'm quite confuse how it works. Or am I wrong on the basic of property investment??

Hi,

I have this problem here and hope fellow LYN can help out by giving advise.

I'm 25 this year, married and have a children.

But something is bugging my head for quite sometime.

I'm earning rm3500-4000/month(inc side income) + my wife rm3k/month [exclude efp]

Owns 2 car, a rm75k and rm46k with 7yr loan.

insurance around rm700/month.

Saving 1k-1.5k/month.

75k car under my wife, 46k under my (bro name but i'm paying)

Under my name (an 13yr old car, refinance and owes a lot until court case by my dad)

I was planning to buy a house around rm350k-380k. Might have some problem there, as i doubt, cos even my credit card applicant rejected before.

so i'll need advise from you guys. thanks a lot in advance!

@Ballsbuilder warehouse is being raided by LEMBAGA HASIL PERDAGANGAN on 24/08/09 around 12.30pm - 3pm. He and his fellow conman friends tried to give "duit kopi" but unsuccessfull, cos too many complaints on him. Finally all stock had been rampas. A person from CROCS MALAYSIA is there as well to inspect his FAKE CROCS!! (witness by few of his buyers)

31-32" waist

68kg

is that normal..?

use to be active in swimming, squash, badminton in my primary, secondary and college time.. and its 4years ago.. stopped all activities since i've been working.. i used to be 29-30" waist and 60kg past 4 years..

now my arm shoulder is still fit and high from previous workout activities.. but what disappoint me most is my tummy... i look not that bad when i have shirt on... but when w/o shirt.. i do not dare to look at my self.. also my chin

breakfast - milo/nescafe
lunch - mix rice (90% meat,egg,fish / 10% vege) or fastfood mcdonald/pizza
dinner - pizza/ mcdonald/ mom's home dishes/

i have a ok-look but my chin is like a fat man chin..

its quite hard for me to go for a gym cos usually finish work late..

Objective:-

~ build up some muscle (not too heavy)
~ make my tummy back in shape
~ remove fat in my chin (face)

advice pls...
