3D animation workstation

Hi guys, I want to build a workstation that works fast in software such as Autodesk Maya, Adobe AfterEffect and etc...

The questions is for 5k budget is better go for:

1. i7 or xeon processor
2. high end gaming graphic card or Quadro workstation graphic card

it would be better to list out the full spec of the workstation.

Appreciate for any recomendation...TQ

Need get a new pc for next year on study... mostly using on 3d rendering n bit gaming budget around 3k~n need suggestion on spec.. hope everyone could help...

CPU : Intel Core2Quad Q9400 or i5... need sugestion
Mobo : suggestions
RAM : sugesstions
Graphic Card :nvidia GTX260
Sound Card : izit needed??
PSU: sugesstions
HDD : 500GB
Casing : cooler master, any (Transparent Side Panel)
screen : 20 inch
DVD drive: any
