How do u know if a guy likes you or not? Sometimes i feel very confused if they are just being friendly or hinting. .. more often than not... when a guy flirts I'd feel like he doesn't really like me, but just want to see how I would react. :/

Hi hi ^^;; I was wondering if u guys know where I could study mandarin in shah alam/subang area? Moved here not too long ago so don't really know the area. I'm a total banana and it's proving hard not able to know this language. I need weekend classes cuz of my working schedule. recommended home tutors or tuition centers would be great. Hope u guys can help me. thx!

acne due to allergy?

Hi.
Half a year back I used a moisturizing mask that caused me to sprout out with acne on my cheek. I stopped using the product and moved on to other brands.. One problem I have is that.. the acne won't go away It's been 6 months... staying the same size. I've tried all sorts of lotion and cream but nothing works.

There doesn't seem to be any pus... just small swollen red lumps.. is it even acne anymore?
what should I do..? T_T I hate it.

Pet shops

I've been lurking a bit in these forums lately and there's a thing I don't get. A lot of people seems to be against pet shops. O-o what's the reason behind this... everyone's all about how getting it (referring to the animals of course) from the breeder is way better (health and looks?) than a pet shop. But doesn't a pet shop gets their supplies from breeders?

Hello there people. haha, amazingly this is my first thread here.

Anyway!

I saw this one guy selling a miniature poodle for RM980. It was lovable creature, 2 months of age (based on the guy) and I think with a red coat. No cert tho.. but if I really want one, it'll cost 350 ringgit I think... It was during a fair so i didn't buy it on instinct though the guy was a friendly dealer and said I could visit his shop anything and enquire more if I wish. He allowed me to handle the darling and it was ever so soft! It was real playful in its pen but in my hands it quiet down and started licking me! Heart stealer!

So here's my first question, am I getting a good deal? I've never had a dog, so i'm not sure... and should I get a cert? he said unless i'm entering competition I don't have any use for one (which is true I guess... but people are always talking about certs right? care to explain more about certs to me? sorry I'm a real Newbie, but I'm reading up on poodles as we speak!)

Besides that I also wish to know the pros and cons of having a dog. I've never had a dog before so I'm unsure of a lot of things... I really wish to be a good owner (if I actually fork out my money and buy one *_*) How much money would I have to spend on maintenance... and I'm confused about the fur... I asked the guy if the dog will have a lot of hair and he just said it'll be curly... but when I google images of poodles (yes I haven't seen a poodle in real life) they kinda look like BALLS OF FUR if untrimmed... and if there's anything I should watch out for....

and finally,
how to convince my parents? ok I mean Dad. Mum gave the green light already.
what are the good things I can tell my dad to persuade him? He's very strict and never allowed any pets before. But now I'm 21 and of course I'll buy this puppy myself but I'm living under his roof still... ( dunno when.. but even if I do move it wont' be too soon unless I get my japan scholarship to continue my masters degree...)
how can bring up the topic of owning a dog before him flaring up and saying no before I even speak? DX

[update] I visited the pet shop just now. and I think I made a blunder. The old man that I saw during the fair wasn't there... instead his son (and owner) was. I didn't know he was the owner and I personally felt more confident talking to the guy I saw at the fair so I asked for him. Unfortunately I think I made the owner mad and insulted cuz I prefer to talk to his father.

Anyway, the puppy I saw wasn't there. : ( The shop.. wasn't too bad but the puppies weren't very clean... or as pretty as the one I saw that day. When I asked for the puppy I saw that day he said they wont' be at his shop. They'll either be at his "dog farm" or at the fair. Then I asked if I should see them and he said he could bring it one monday BUT only if I'm sure if I want to buy it. of course I couldn't confirm that... He was pissed off when I said I'll come on mon to see the old man and the puppies... argh, did I made a mistake??? It's not like I dont' want to talk to him.. I just prefer the old man cause I talked to the guy quite a bit the day before...
he's like " they are at my dog farm but you cannot go to my dog farm! -insert angry face here-

His bad mood turned me off from asking any questions and I left the area fairly quick... Do shop owners do this?? If you want to see you must confirm buy? There's no way I can see and decide?? argh, I dunno... I just feel miserable.
