Sony Customer service team just directed you to Sony Indonesia &amp; until the Vendor: Foto Shang-rila has fully refund the money to me, Sony Malaysia still say they want more time to investigate the thing, <br /><br />1st contact: say will call back me today regarding this issue but eventually never call back, 2nd contact: say is not their problem but Sony Indonesia Problem (refer to below email) 3rd contact:say system down, wait 1 more day i check ya. 4th contact: give us some time to investigate (actually at this time, vendor is so kind to call me up and offer me fully refund &amp; i already got back my money, even it is not their mistake) Total time taken (from 25/2/2013 till 7/3/2013) - 9 working days u still can&#39;t figure out what is happening and how to solve a problem?
