Pelancaran Laporan Tahun 2014 Program Transformasi Kerajaan (GTP) Dan Program Transformasi Ekonomi (ETP)

Salam 1Malaysia!

Sebagai sebuah Kerajaan yang bertanggungjawab, berakauntabiliti dan menepati janji-janjinya, baru-baru ini saya telah menyampaikan pembentangan tahunan Laporan Tahun 2014 Program Transformasi Kerajaan (GTP) dan Program Transformasi Ekonomi (ETP).

Antara intipati ucapan saya semalam adalah:

i) 1.5 juta pekerjaan baru telah diwujudkan setakat 2014 dalam sektor-sektor NKEA sejak 2010

ii) Inisiatif GTP dan ETP semakin dirasai kesan nikmat pembangunannya oleh saudara-saudara kita di Sabah dan Sarawak. Sebagai contoh, pada 2014 sahaja, sepanjang 242 kilometer jalan telah siap dibina, 6 ribu rumah telah menerima bekalan air bersih, 13 ribu keluarga mendapat bekalan elektrik dan 5,500 kediaman baru telah siap dibina.

iii) satu kisah kejayaan GTP adalah pembinaan jalan sepanjang 60 kilometer, yang menghubungkan Pekan Sook ke Kampung Sinua di Keningau, Sabah, telah memberi kemudahan kehidupan kepada sekurang-kurangnya 10 ribu penduduk suku kaum Murut dan Dusun; dan banyak lagi

Salam and good day to forumers,

Would like to ask should anyone here ever heard or knew this company? So far as I am concerned, this company is an IT arm for UUM.

Anyone here used to work in or work with SerindIT before? Any experience to share the good and the bad?

Hi and good day to all forumers,

I just received an offer from both company stated above.

Just wanna know should there are any forumers here working or used to work in Pernec IT or HeiTech Padu? I'd like to know the working environment, benefit, long term career and so on.

Glad should I can get some info here, so that I can have a facts base things to consider and such before going to accept the offer

BTW, as an info provide by HeiTech HR, they will pay my basic salary as accord to my current. And in addition, they will provide me broadband, an insurance card for out-patience / hospitalization, a claimable mileage for traveling (RM0.65/km) and extra allowance subject to employee skills (such as certifications, etc). Yearly bonus is subject to company profit.

And Pernec IT will provide and extra RM800 from my current pay (which is I considered as a good increment), but the out-patience treatment will be pay first and claim later (hospitalization is covered). Mileage traveling is claimable (I still do not know the RM rate/km). And yearly bonus is subject to company profit.

My post offered by HeiTech is pre-sales, doing solution for network while Pernec IT is both pre and post sales on network infrastructure.

I would really appreciate any seniors here to give me an advice which company is best to work for. And for that I am thanking you in advance.
