Questions about lelong property

Hi, I have questions about lelong.. can anyone guru enlighten me? Thanks

1. Tnb and water is under the name of the default owner . I was told that since they are under the name of the default owner, bidder need not to settle the outstanding bill. Is it true ?

2. If the property is just VP. Will there be any outstanding payment to the developer which needs to be borne by the bidder ?

Property below 400k in Klang valley

I am a 40 year old man and has budget of 400k for a property..
Any recommendation here?

My preference:

a. Can be subsale or new property but I prefer to move in in one year
b. Chinese majority area as I prefer Chinese food
c. Not near highway or power grid
d. It should be located in Klang valley or not too far from my work place. I work in PJ now but may relocate to KL.
e. Condo / apartment
f. Can pay by cash so lelong property can be considered

There are so many choices and I am so confused.
Your recommendation is appreciated. Thank you

Hi, is this condo is still a good buy for own stay

Went to this place. It's quiet and has a big garden with big trees.

It is near LRT and the rental yield is not bad

The con side is it is really old and strata title is not out.

Will you consider buying the property for own stay if you were me.

May I know if there is anyone doing or has compeleted BOJ UM?

1. If you have completed it, are you currently practising law?

2. If you are doing it now

i) Is it difficult to cope ( if you are working full time)
ii) are you eligible to sitting CLP as long as you pass the degree, as opposed to UOL law which you have to at least have 2nd lower.
iii) Are the study materials in Malay or English? Are the exams bilingual?

Hi , I am a working adult who intends to take UOL Law. Would like to ask if anyone have the study materials for the first year? study materials = study pack, subject guide or handbook etc
I would like to take a look at the study materials before deciding whether to sign up for the course.
