3.5k budget for 3d rendering and graphic designing

Hi,

I'm thinking a full set of new desktop with the capability for graphic designing and 3D rendering purpose.

My budget RM3.5k,
Including monitor (preferable 21'')
Excluding speaker, mouse, keyboard. These i can buy seperately.

Do advice the best spec.

I have desktop here im using, with the below mobo. And budget of rm450. What vga card can i buy for it? Can it also run using dd3 rams?

Hi,

I plan to buy a new desktop in the next few months with a budget of between rm4k to 4.5k.

Firstly, the new rig i plan to buy will include a 24" lcd monitor (full hd).
I have my own accessories (mouse,keyboard,speakers), so these don't need to be included into the budget.
Oh.. please also add in OS for me as well (Windows 7 Pro 64bit).

BTW - Is i5 or i7 better? will it make any difference in performance?

Purpose for new rig : Gaming, Work - Multimedia based
Budget : RM3.5k -RM4k
