How to block iPhone data using Celcom

Im using iPhone 3G 16GB with Celcom UOX plan. This plan does not have data plan, every data received will be charged 10sen/kB. The problem is my iPhone keeps automatically download data every 10min causing me to lose my credit. Although Im using Data toggle provided by CYdia, after 3-4 months, somehow Celcom managed to allow these data to be sent and allow my phone to connect with its network. I have also tried using FakeAPN, but this is useless because Celcom can change the APN settings to be correct which allow my phone to connect with the network. Now, Im losing my credit about 60-70sen/10min, so I activated my Airplane mode to block this connection. BUT I cannot use my phone to receive and made any call. I have called to its customer care services and email but there ask me to refer its manual since no one ever complain about how to stop data connection, so they did not have any added settings to solve my issues.

Can someone suggest me what can I do to block this stupid automatic iPhone function???

Is there any new Cydia product that can block this function???

Is there any monthly data plan been provided by Celcom for prepaid user???

How can I change the iPhone settings to block this function???
