Ram issue

Hey guys, I have some problem with my newly bought ram so need your guys advice.

Spec:
Window 7 Home Premium 64bit
2x 2GB Ram 1333mghz
2x 4GB Ram 1660mghz (Newly Bought)
Gigabyte GA-H55M-USB3 Socket 1156 (motherboard)

Problem:
After installed my newly bought ram, my window cannot be started.
If I just plug in my old one, it works but not when I plug in the new one.
Sent to shop for checking, they claimed that my mobo cannot support but datasheet online stated the opposite. (Of course I done my research before proceed to purchase)

So guys, what's the main issue here and how to solve it? I don't want to waste my hard earned money

Just now I visit the shop again, they told me if using my old ram then no problem to start. But once they plug in 2 new ram, my com will keep restart on the BIOS page. If just one, com will restart at window page. haizz.... unsure the problem now

Guys, I'm a malaccan. I'm about to get a ps3 but I hold it down because of the streamyx speed. I found there is a few forummer here connect to US server or Europe server without facing the horrible lagging problem. May I know is it because of the UniFI? What about if just connect locally? (which mean in Malaysia) Will it lag like no tomorrow?
