Basically I think there few hundreds or maybe up to 1 or 2 thousand of these smol birbs now making the top floor of the carpark as their home. …..

Bird spikes doesn’t help. They just choose to stand in between them or on them……

Any solutions?

I guess last resort is to mass poison them?

Their poop is making the whole car park in risk of disease

My apartment still under master title with developer, but it should be able to process for title transfer to invidividual already.

However the lawyer has been u responsive. Like half year, only reply wassap once. Office phone not working. And their mobile contact basically unreachable no one picks up.

Went their office to surprise visit but it was locked.

Is it possible to change lawyers to process the transfer?

Does it still need some kind of “approval” from the current lawyer ? Which they are so hard to find.

Opinions: Commit to another house?

Background:

Currently 35, lived in current condo for I think 6years.
Just a small studio live alone with my cat.

Location is not good for capital appreciation. Basically stagnant/fell abit. But good for rental as right beside industrial area. Rental can cover 70% of installment. Traffic is ok, but environment is not (occasional smell, noise, etc etc)

Considering to get another house at a better liveable location, quieter, and better air quality. Found a townhouse upper unit at a quiet place around Bukit Mertajam.

But tradeoff is basically very high commitment monthly. Wonder if the tradeoff is worth. Basically trading environment for monthly cash flow.

Current commitment 1.4(house), 1.7(car),1.0(family)
Nett income 8k

The new house will add 2.6 in….
Also it will dry off all my savings as it’s Subsale and needs upfront cash. Basically savings will be reset to 0

Conflicted if others also considered same situation and what’s your outcome. Do you feel worth it if belt is super tightened, but living at better environment.

Old age parents car

Currrntly parents driving a 15 year old Hyundai. Very low mileage but still an old car and not taken care well also(family is not rich, so car maintenance skimp,example 2/3 years didn’t change engine oil cause have reach 10k km mark etc)

Recently steering rack bocor. Need to fix. A few k cost to replace.

Parents(68) are in retirement but not much epf(blew it on vacation right after retirement citing go now before can’t walk) etc and no investments etc.

Currently supporting parents with 1k per month.

Need advice. Continue fixing the car as one by one stuff rosak or dump it for a proton saga basic auto spec.

I just got served with a traffic offence that’s non compoundable. Was answering a call.

There is a date and time printed on the saman paper for the court date. But is there anyway to check online? To confirm it?

Also is it possible to go earlier than stipulated date?

Humming sound.... description below

Edit: diagnosed at sc, tyre noise lol. Normal. Hmm. Bridgestone Turanza. Also my friends Altis also have same sound. Seems like I’m not used to big rims/tyres sound profile haha.

Ada experience tak scenario cam ni. Humming sound

1. Cold start and drive, no sound
2. 5 minutes after driving on the road, humming sound starts coming in during moving/driving. no move, no sound.
3. It is constant pitch irregardless or speed or belok belok
4. If I go up into higher speeds like 90 100 etc the sound kinda~ fades away.
5. Once the sound exist, if I slow down even to 20, it’ll still be there and get quieter until parking speed.
6. Doesn’t sound “metallic”, sounds like empty bottle hum lol
7. If I lightly press brake to decelerate the humming increases volume
8. New car at 2000km
9. Tried inflating or deflating tyres from 32psi to 35psi, humming still there. But feeelssssss like lesser hum at lower tyre pressure? Placebo?

Suspects:
a. Wheel bearing?
b. Tyres?
c. Brake calipers lightly touching rotors?

Curious random brain fart thought

What level only do you consider a car has spare parts issues?

A) Goes to 90% of shops/dealers, ready stock spareparts same day change and fix for common stuff(headlights? Mirrors? Windscreens? Speed sensors etc.) but gearbox etc maybe take 1 or 2 days to get from local shops?

B) Go to shops/dealers, neeed to order spareparts then wait 2 weeks to get it then fix kao tim? Means no ready stock parts at all at local premise

C) Go to shops/dealers, wait 1 year can’t even get body panel replacement( like x70/x50) case

I think for all 3 case above, should can sendiri source from online import in the parts if in rush right? hmmm.

Just curious when people say this car has spare parts issues, is it like pupus, u rosak your bumper then is forever cause nobody(not even 3rd party) made parts for the car

Wassap group member kena accident from bike then tertrigger such conversation.

I'm hoping to ask people that have experience in these accidents where the bike is clearly in the wrong banging the car.

For example
If you are in your car at traffic light stopped.
Then a bike vroom and bang into your car.

I thought the process is for the car owner to step down and take pictures of the scene, get the biker's info (if he is cooperative), and go report police.
Then get the keputusan surat from the police and submit to insurance to claim the motor's insurance?

I didn't experience it(touch wood), but I'm really curious. What is the real experiences everyone had?

Hi, Total noob in this department here.

I have a samsung android tv and was using google play movies to rent movies to watch(like rent one movie maybe rm15 once every bluemoon). Since now google play movies got terminated. Waht options do I have?

Watch on TV or my PC also can.

I just want a no fuss rental app or place for movies(like Top Gun, etc etc). TV shows I have Netflix to binge on LOL.

Youtube Movies seems to be not available in our country =[

*i know there's piracy, but I'm just an occasional movie renter(like i didnt rent any movie for half a year d LOL) and wouldn't want to jump through hoops to make sure what i downloaded is clean. =[
