I personally am sceptical about this sort of investment schemes.

High returns. No risk. Got legal docs bla bla bla.
Just their methods to siphon more investors’ money.

Anyone who knows anything about this please share and keep us all alert.

Washroom Makeover

Plan to renovate my toilet. This is the bathroom for second and third bedroom. Unsure of the measurements but my condo is 1500sq ft. Hopefully I can get some quotation here.

Things I want to do:
1) Layer new tiles - floor & wall up to ceiling (is this cheaper than hacking)
2) Change of wash basin
3) Change of WC
4) Change of rainshower to rainshower + handheld shower head
5) Change of 2 floortraps
6) The shower glass door is fine but the metal part at the bottom is rusted and it always stains my floor. Not sure if I can just change the metal part, else change the entire glass door

Appreciate if anyone can give me a quotation, better still a breakdown so I can adjust my budget or omit some of the works above.

Endowment Plan or Unit Trust?

We are welcoming a newborn this September and we are eager to plan for her future already.

As you all know, university education does not come cheap these days and with inflation and all, it will most likely go all the way up when my daughter reaches 18.

So we plan to start saving from now. Problem is there are so many mix comments about insurance company endowment plan and unit trust and we are clueless on which to proceed

Hope sifu sifu sekalian can enlighten me a bit. We are looking to invest annually and not taking any money out until she's 18. Looking to have at least RM200k in the account by the time she's 18.
