After renovating a 1-storey to 1.5 storey intermediate
cracks have appeared on the outer walls and caused
some minor water seepage and stains to the inside walls
after a year.

I am in need of an EXPERIENCED contractor to seal those
exterior wall cracks to stop water seepage and also do a
repaint after sealing works.

contractors [of various sorts] who have not fulfilled
their contract / taken client for a ride / never complete

If you enjoy wine ernestly then you should
incorporate some grapey-identity to your
daily surroundings - be it home, shop, office
or restaurant.

I have about 20 well-kept wine boxes made of
wood with brand/label either on sides or tops.
Collected over a period of over 10 years there
are some hard-to-find exotica like boxes that
housed Grange Hermitage, Opus One, Alma Viva,
plus some chateaux.

As wood gets scarce and forests get protected so
now's your chance to collect a couple of wine-related
merchandise to remind you of your favourite juice!

These boxes would look real great on top of cabinets, below
showcases.....virtually anywhere...just to show that
you enjoy your tipple. Interior designers should use
them in their chic proposals too!

Stocks are VERY LIMITED and interested aficionados should
make it a point to book their preferences fast. As I am relocating
my business premise I have to get them a better home,
