Hi all need u guys advise what problem of my car . When on D mode my car have a very loud sound when stop but when start moving the car is no sound and normal after heck with 4-5 foreman from many of the service shop they told me is the some of the part loosing or the engine is very common ? May I know is it cause my myvi not even have 50 k km have this kind of problem .. some of you have meet same problem with me ?

Hi guys recently my company change policy need you guys some suggestion . Here is my story before one year when I start work in this company as (sales executive ) my basic was 1900+700 allowance and every single signed case I will entitled 5 % percent but after 1 year company come out will the rule minimum sales target 20k just can entitled 5% commission if not over will not be entitled (this is normal nowadays ? Sorry cause this is my first job can boss set a rule like this before I step in this company no such thing)

2) for the fix allowance ( this allowance will always deduct in epf too) now he set a rules that I must over 60% (which is 1 days 3 appointment x 25 working x 60% =42 appointment) if not he will deduct the RM 200 for not fully utilize the fix allowance , so this is question can a boss simply set a rule like this after 1 year because when I in this job he never told me this kind of thing only after one year so I need guys some suggest should I try to discuss with him that he against the law of labor if yes please do state me which kind of act or something or last option leave the company ? Tq
