Hi guys..im tired of going gym just to run, im thinking of getting my own threadmill. Must be durable and budget say around 2k. Any recommendation? i run about 8k a session, say 3 to 4 times a week. I normally run with slight radient but i can do away with that. My target is cardio for a stronger heart.

Last saturday found out my wife blood is O-. Did a test and thank god no antibody created in her body yet, which means baby is safe and took Rhogam injection to prevent antibody creation.

My wife is due in may17..i have not got the chance to ask my doctor if they got reserve blood bank for delivery incase need to use. My hospital is Assunta. Anyone know? The blood type is O-

Just curious as our nx visit is nx month..and when i call the hospital the doc is always busy. Have start searching for ppl with the blood but have not found any..

For the ladies with kids or hubbies with kids, when you or your wife pregnant, if the pregnant lady got some rashes ie. rashes on the leg, do you use any cream? the GP prescribed Dhacort cream but can it be really use?

No use the rash also cant go away, got use when see the leaflet on the cream it ask to weight the benefit of using to not using, pengsan

Main ingredient of dhacort is Hydrocortisone Acetate (Micronised) 1%

Hi All,

What is the dosage of Folic Acid you or your wife take during pregnancy, 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester? My doctor (1st GP visit)prescribed 5mg earlier, and when we start antenatal in Private hospital, we continue using the earlier prescribed dosage. I actually dint know there are a few dosages, only realised there are some actually only taking 0.4mg

So which dosage should my wife be taking?

i got a lock at my door, i think its solex or smth. on the key, printed DO NOT DUPLICATE. i need an extra key, anyone experienced duplicating such key? im afraid if i tried to duplicate, instead of getting an extra key,i spoil my original key?

Hi guys, i bought a condo and the loan has been disbursed. My lawyer has paid the balance sum to the seller last month and i have been staying in my new place for a month. Just want to know, after money is disbursed, is there any other process or documents that I need to sign? Land title etc etc? I did not get any documents after loan is disbursed and paid to seller.

if you have cornice, do you use tape on the cornice to avoid it being paint with other color? will mask tape peel off paint on the cornice?
