RAM Upgrade for HP Elitebook 840 G1

Hi all,

I'm currently using company laptop for few years, now plan to upgrade my own RAM from 8GB to 16GB as there is one more extra empty RAM slot. I saw those SODIMM RAM sell in Shopee / Lazada quite cheap (~ RM90 compare to computer store at least RM139 - RM150), are those RAM trust-able as it ship from China?

Also. I managed to search more details about current Laptop info from Review HP EliteBook 840 G1-H5G28ET Ultrabook and it lead me to Service Manual to find more about maximum RAM this laptop can support, yes it is up to 16GB of RAM.

Reason for sale: I bought this IPTV package for my parent but their TV box does not support H.265 decoding.
Somehow my parent refuse to upgrade brand new TV box as the their current one bought on Feb 2016.

[WTA] Need Advise to Upgrade Graphic Card

Hi all sifu...
I need your advise to upgrade Graphic Card (either Nvidia or ATI) with the following PC specification of my PC:

Pentium D 930 (3.0Ghz) LGA775 - Product Link
Intel® Desktop Board D945PSN - Product Link
512MB WinFast PX7300 GS TDH PCIE Product Link
2 X 1GB Corsair DDR2 667 (PC2-5300) 240pin DIMM
Acbel Power PS2/450W Intelligent Power PSU - Product Link

PSU connecter are listed below:
1 x Main connector (24Pin)
1 x 12V(P4)
1 x 12V(8Pin)
6 x peripheral
2 x SATA
1 x Floppy

My current concern are MB or PSU might not able to fit with this new GC .

== Question ==
1. If upgrade to 9800GTX+ or 4850, will my system able to handle it?
2. If PSU needed to be change for this new GC, which one should I get?
3. If 9800GTX+ or 4850 is not recommended for my system, please advise which GC should I get without change/upgrade my system?

Change entire system is not an option for me as I plan to use this old system for another one or two years.
My budget is around 1K for GC or for both (GC & PSU)
