Aircond Hissing During Sudden Acceleration

Hi sifu, my new car aircond hissing during sudden acceleration with high engine rpm.
Not sure is it making hissing noise as well during car running at high speed.
Is it due to aircond overpressure? Honda city gm6.

I was using Radeon HD5750 but soon upgraded to Radeon 5850.
The new HD5850 makes my room a lot hotter than last time, about 3-5 degree celcius increment.

Until today I cannot bear with its operating temperature anymore as the weather become hotter and hotter, and no longer interested in gaming.
So I decided to look for a new one. Is there any better gpu in term of performance and operating temperature and cost RM500 or below to recommend?

Major task: watch HD movie(mkv and..) on 1920x1020 screen and some graphic editing.

Every one suggested to change the compressor. I know it is the easiest way but costly.
Never service the air cond for 2xx,000km mileage if not mistaken.
is the oil dried? Worn compressor clutch? Alternator?

Air cond still working cold, but compressor kick-in I heard some whine 'weeeeeee' like turbocharging from engine bay during accelerating/high way (engine high rpm).
The noise just gone as soon as I switch off the air cond.
At engine idle rpm cant heard any shit of it.

GT540m vs HD6770

I know it's hard to compare between mobile and desktop gpu.
2GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 540M graphics with Optimus vs. HD6770 GDDR5 1GB.
but my friend dilemma choosing either laptop or desktop.

Few days ago there's GTX560 in Dell's XPS desktop, today they updated the website and left only HD6770 the highest end card in 'PERFORMANCE' level desktop!

She prefers nvidia over ati, will be using it for 3Ds Max.
Is GT540m sufficient enough to run the program smoothly?
The recommended system requirements seems a bit too low.

Engine stall at idle and its rpm getting lower and lower over time.
Put in gear it gets even lower.
Hesitate to accelerate and no power to climb(lack of torque).

I have done some researches. mainly about clogged injector, clogged catalytic converter or some thing wrong with the auto gearbox.
but what are the symptoms?

clogged injector? the engine still roaring loud, can reach 4-5krpm.
gearbox? all the gears still working.

Does it need any adsl line? Because the two existing adsl lines are being used by other housemates for streamyx.
I'm staying at PV condo, how much it would cost for installation? There is a promotion now, zero installation and activation fee.

For 5Mb package, it is limited to 60GB. what if over 60GB, bandwidth will be lowered?

Sound card shielding really effective?

Xonar Essence STX, the components in the shielded area are pretty hot. (caps, I/V conversion and buffer)
I believe other shielded sound cards are the same too.

EMI/RFI shielding vs heat dissipation. which is more important? as I don't know how much noise is produced in the cpu chassis.

+the shielding only cover the surface of components from interference. how about the bottom of PCB?

Deciding whether to remove the shield or not for better heat dissipation?
