Honor 6 Plus Mic Not Working

This morning I noticed I cannot send any voice message, i tot is app problem. But when i receive incoming call, I can hear the opposite loud and clear but he cannot listen my voice. I tried to plug in head phone also no voice.

I tested recorder and it really no sound input at all. I wonder whether it is really hardware problem, or just software problem. I will try to do factory reset once i finished backup.

Anyone have any idea if factory reset not working? As I know if mic problem, only no voice at the mic itself but head phone mic will still working.

My car gearbox problem

Lately i felt something wrong with my Iswara gearbox(manual).

It become difficult to push into gear 1, and so on, as it like dont want to attached into the gear slot.
When I stop at junction or traffic light,sometime i cant immediate get into 1st gear, I need to move to 2nd gear and push it back to 1st gear and it is very troublesome.
Any idea what's going on?i want to know the reason 1st before send it to workshop....hope it wont cost much please help me
