hello guys,

2 weeks ago i have a small accident and i went to report on that day.
today i went to the police station to collect my result as they told me result out in 2 weeks. (im a first timer)
so, today i went there to ask for result and they ask me did i fill the form for requesting result and i say no.
i filled the form and they tell me that i need to wait 2 weeks time to get the result. i was like OMG, i thought i can get my result in 2 weeks time after i report the accident and now i need to wait for 2 more weeks????!!!

do i really need to wait 2 more weeks??

Bad luck today, I was making turn and got blocked by the police..and they told me I was using handphone when turning when turning. (I was NOT using handphone when turning)
I try to explain to this police, and he just don't give me a shit about what I say. And at last he offer me other solution to make this done and of course I did't accept his offer cause Im totally innocent in this thing. And at last he gave me the summon.
So now what can I do and how much demerits will be given?
