From google review seems they are alot more feedback for laptop purchase.

I just bought a new cpu from them on 8th June and somewhere around 27 June my com. suddenly cant boot into windows. So I used the
W.7 recovery software in the cd and it gave me the error 0x0 which states that unable to locate hard disk. Unable to figure what is the problem I sent
it to them. I left it for 1 day and when i pick it up the staff said that it was a windows problem.Yesterday i encountered same problem and when i sent it to them
again, the staff who checked it said hard disk problem . So I want to claim for my warranty and for 1-1 change then they said that its over
1 month so need to send to supplier something and it will take about 2 weeks. What comes in my mind was did that staff during the 1st time i sent my com to them
try to avoid a 1-1? Any pro can enlighten me about my situation, i said to them that i sent my com before for such prob, and i seek a 1-1 since its only 1month++ i used the com and just about 3 weeks i sent for the same problem. Now they said got no stock and need to wait until 4-5pm and see how.

K the situation is like this. The policy for the house im currently staying is under my father's name and he just passed away. The policy is active until next year so i've been thinking if anything happen can i claim under this policy or do i need to apply for a new policy for this house? Or can they change the participant's name or something for the policy since the policy is under my father's name?. Thank you for helping.
