GOOD NEWS... PNB seems to stop selling already, now is the time to BUY while it is still cheap.

* It has cash RM92 Million

* Trade receivable RM153 Million, even can get back half also cukup lah

* Developent cost and Inventory RM160 Million, which will generate profits ( ie. RM160 Million will become even more )

* Fixed asset of more than RM200 Million

* Total Debts ( Long Term and short term ) only RM118 Million

* Making profits and giving out dividend for the past few years.

* Strong Gov Backing ( port operations, infra and property )

* Total shares only 100 million

* Net Asset / Share is massive RM3.83 compared to its current price of 59sen

* Its only 59sen !!!

seriously, with the 92million cash... they can easily take this company private and still got plenty of cash to spare. Lots of potentials.

Reason why it is so cheap ? it is because PNB is exiting this counter. PNB no longer interested in small caps, someone in PNB sells too fast causing it to drop drastically.... However, good news is that by now they should have disposed all their shares already. Everyone side-lined wiating for PNB to finish selling first. Now this share will not face anymore selling pressure from PNB, it will be moving up soon.
