SSD on second drive works fine. Suddenly today all access to the data is no more.

Suspect

Maybe end of life but the one with the laptop (laptop SSD is longer than the second SSD.

i suspect bad caps. got one seems like burning.

Hi All,

Just asking since the oil and gas sector is dwindling, company im working for try to reduce the salary.
TBH its ok but they do not want to reduce the salary like that.

SO they come out with a lot of excuse, if you dont pick up your phone, warning letter
If you send application to leave, u have to wait until it approve, while before this (3 yrs +) you can submit and you will definitely get your approval.

Now i heard that in order to reduce overhead, salary reduction is inevitable. Its ok since oil and gas shrunk a lot and not much projects.
But the way they want to do is,

1. Ask staff to resign
2. Offer new job, with less salary,

What i can see is if staff resign, company have nothing to pay to staff compare to VSS, which will get more.
So what do you think is it ok to resign or just wait until VSS?

Any other way to reduce salary without need to resign? any HR Expert?

Details of the complaint :

Well, the seller did not being honest.

THe title was

"> [WTS/WTT] iPhone 6 Plus 128gb Grey *Maxis Set*, end 2015 discount. RM2550. FIRM. (Apple)"

During testing seller failed to mention any issue on the phone. During testing everything is ok no problem. he also mention he purchase from others as well.

About few days after, these problem persist on regular basis (at least once a day)

Need to wait few minute before the phone function again.

It is my failure to check everything. Bring the shop to repair, found out that the phone is refurbished unit, and the screen is not original. Also many screw missing as well.

the shop also dunno what is the problem. THe seller admit the phone has been replaced the front camera.

Dunno what to do. Just want to warn others to make sure other forumers dont fall into the same situation.
Also if anyone knows how to repair it.

Hi,

We have a domain controller within our network. However one of them unable to login ad account.

Tried login using admin ad as well but unable to login.

Domain joined no problem
On the IP setting,
DNS server IP also ok

No issue to access shared file with any AD account, but when try to login pc using ad account,
got issue

"Logon server not found"

Anyway to resolve? other PC in the network do not have same issue.

I m no it experience but my boss ask me to change our company network

Curerntly using modem-router(connect with NAS) and wifi.

So he want to upgrade to server type, which will host our email as well.

So i tried to read but there are many things that i do not understand.

So can windows server 2012 do these?

Active directory intergration (this is to make permission level)
File sharing (different user different access rights)
Install exchage server as well.

Can i install VPN as well? i mean we need to access the file sharing from outside network as well.

Also, we are looking for anyone who can deploy for us. We can buy all the hardware/software, you can install and deploy. we pay la.

My laptop before this using win8

then update to win8.1
After update, when i open network folder (word) my computer BSOD.
Never happen before.
Even my other college as well.

We are using NAS, QNAP one.

Before update no problem.
