I receive quotation from my lawyer to perform MOT on my new condo strata title to transfer from developer to my name. In the quotation it mention MOT Stamp Duty, does it mean I will pay the stamp duty with lawyer fees together? If yes, how do I check if the stamp duty had been paid to LHDN?

I just had this issue recently (new pc brought this year except for gc), where screen goes blank but the pc still running (run youtube music background to make sure pc not hang). This happen when I run game/benchmark furmark, but no issue when run Cinebench.

No issue with web surfing or video playback..

Is this repairable? If yes, any recommendation?

I found my bathroom tiles had this white stains, and I tried several method(white vinegar+baking soda, clorox) but it doesn't work. If I pour water over it, it is not visible.
