Item being sold/bought: I've sold a Juicy Couture flip flop to her.

Details of the complaint : I've communicated with this buyer with the abovementioned name via sms, therefore, I've no idea what's her nickname or so called ID used in LYN.

I'm helping my friend who doesn't have LYN account to sell her Juicy Flip Flops which she bought from JC outlet in USA. I'm extermely careful when deal with stuff of other people as I don't any party to make losses. So, I normallhy double confirm with the buyer about the item he/she ordered, the size, color & even the price they're going to pay. This is to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding in the future.

However, I've sent a confirmation to the buyer about descriptions of her order & she agreed with it. She had started from telling me that she has asked her sister to chck about the type of flip flop in Juicy website & she later claimed that the flio flop is a gift for her sister. Apart from that, she also mentioned that her sister bought a Juicy flip flop in US and her size is Europe 37 which is equivalent to US 5. However, I've chck with Juicy boutique as if the flip flop size in Europe is 37 means, US will be 6 1/2. This proved that she had made alot of lies and made uncessary commments.

Bottom line, it's very obvious that she just wanted a refund from me, but never mention to send back the flip flop back to me if I refund her.

The worse scenario is she used bad word to scold me and threathened me. I've proof of all sms that she sent me.

I sincerely hope that the moderators will take serious actions towards her rude actions as she might create more problems to other sellers in the future. I've the feeling that her intention is NOT to trade,b ut to cheat both money and item from teh sellers.
