Massive Lag Problem

After i upgraded my iphone 4 to 5.1.1 i encountered massive lag.

I need to wait around 30 seconds to reach my home screen after i unlock my phone and i need to wait around 30 sec for each letter that i am going to type into my sms.

I tried restoring tons of times and it still has the same problem.

Any idea what is the cause for this lag?

I need a nice laptop recommendation. My budget is around 5k. Main purpose is to play games. Preferable no acer and compaq (heard that those two after sometime will have problem popping out) .

I would like a recommendation for a pc that worth almost 2k. The setup include
PSU, CPU, HDD(1 T if possible), Processor (AMD and Intel are ok, Quad if posible),
Performance RAM DDR2 800 at least 4GB (for OC) and a GC (ATI preferable).

Main purpose: Gaming usage.

I cannot seem to connect to the internet using my aztech dsl600ew modem through wireless by using dlink dwlg510 wireless pci card on my pc. i keep on getting unidentified network :local only.

Any solution to this?

i see the watt is high and it is quite cheap so i would like to ask is it good if i use it for crossfire and oc?
and maybe with like 3-4 harddisk drives??

will i have enough power if i use the psu with this setup:

motherboard:gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3
ram:team xtreme 4gb 1066
graphic card:gainward gs hd4870
hdd:seagate 1T + 320
1 dvd writer combo
1 wifi card

from what i can see from the label of the psu it is

Is gigabyte hd4870 512ddr5/1gbddr5 better compare to sapphire/powercolor hd4870 512ddr5 and 1gbddr5?

i need a good and cheap motherboard recommendation for my new gaming computer.

the processor is either q6600/q9450/q9550(not yet decided) and i plan to run on single gc which is hd4870 with 2gb/4gb ddr2 1066 ram.

i don plan to oc either.
