Recently this problem show up and cant seem to pin down the source of the problem.<br /><br />the problem: <br />i get very smooth ping and good fps at thrash mobs (about 350-400), when boss fight starts it lags very very rapidly and ping increase very ridiculously (up to 10k) and fps drops, this situation continue to worsen until i get DC, then when i rejoin in, the same will happen even if i am flat on the floor doing nothing, the dc will keep happening at boss fight (only boss fight) even if i am dead and keep rejoining, and the crazyness will stop right after the boss is dead. then ping is normal like nothing ever happen.<br /><br />other info: <br />-this problem only start to happen recently.<br />-same boss have been killed many many time without such problem before but only now it start to happen.<br />-i have set all setting to lowest but no help, previously i can set some video setting to high and get very nice performance using the same machine.<br />-recently the only difference that i notice happened to my pc is that the router modem seem to need extra 5 minute of tries before it can connect to streamyx.<br />-have tried reinstalling wow and defragging hard disc.<br />-have taken out all the fans / heatsink and cleaned them, no overheating involved.<br /><br />what are the posible reasons? did streamyx broke down again recently?
