I have a gift HTC HERO from friends and i cant find android market in the phone...can anyone teach me??i think is running 1.5

At OCT 2 i had open a treat to buy 5800xm

Then a person leave a msg in my topic and offer me his 5800xm

Then he called me and we nego for price and finally we deal at RM690..

But i din believe it and call him send me his IC and details

Then he send me DIS AS FOLLOW:

I had paid him at ON that day and he promise to give me track number

But after i bank in and call him..he din answer but got open his phone

UNTIL NOW I STILL din recieve any track code and my 5800xm yet..

I keep calling but he din answer it..

But i call my fren asking him for the w910i phone but HE GOT REPLY VIA SMS!!

And i found out he got another topic selling w910i black colour
