java bluetooth connection (PC-mobile)

hello all.
may i asked about the java coding that i've been working on.
i'm doing a project about the bluetooth connection between pc (server) and mobile (client).
i'm using netbeans ide tu compile the code.
the coding has no error expect at this line,

the error is somewhat like this, class BluetoothDeviceDiscovery is public, should be declared in a file named BluetoothDeviceDiscovery.java.
can somebody explain how to fix it?
i'm using bluecove and jsr82.jar for the libraries.
