Important message to apple user in Kota Kinabalu

Situation:

2weeks ago, I sent my under warranty MacBook to service in this particular apple authorized reseller "technocrats". They charged me RM80 admin and handling fee as I failed to show them proof of purchase/receipt to prove that I'm not buying it from SenQ or Harvey Norman etc. I was kinda in hurry to get my laptop fix so I didn't bother much but I did called to apple hotline for declaration. The answer from this lady was very simple, they have the right and if this is their policy, this is it. Damn I'm so upset with the answer.

2weeks after, I went to the store at night and check with the staff if my laptop is done. The staff answered me that the service centre had closed, he can only check it for me the next day, he say" I already capture the receipt number with photo and don't worry I'll check and let you know tomorrow" but I received nothing from him the next day then i happened to pass by the store in the afternoon then I went in again and this time I asked them to check, with my original receipt. I saw the staff yesterday was walking around doing nothing. Then the other staff who help me check he told me the MacBook is not done yet, even the spare parts is not here yet, earliest you can collect it on next Monday. Then I asked again the RM80 admin and handling fee, he said this is the company policy, they can't do anything about it. I'm so upset with the waiting period so I decided to call up apple service hotline again to see if they can do anything about this.

I talked to 2lady from iphone support and mac support, and a guy from customer relationship department. They called this particular service centre technician and the outcome is that "sir, I manage to find out that your MacBook is actually done, and they will call u very soon to ask u collect your MacBook later." then I ask about the admin and handling fee, are they eligible to charge those fees on us while our product still under apple international warranty? His answer is "No, they will waive off the charges on you upon your collection of your MacBook"
So I ask what are the ways to make a complain toward this particular store as they intend to scam and cheat on customer? Then this guy was very funny and tell me, don't worry, I'll surely do it even if you didn't write a complaint letter to them.
I feel bliss finally there are someone care about the customer, that's the service I'm looking for, unlike the services provided by this shitty store.

Let me tell you more about what I know about this store, the staff told me that if you want to buy an ipad2 from this store, you're compulsory to buy screen protector as well as body protector from their store. Which cheapest will cost around RM200. Which mean to say that you have to pay price of an ipad2+RM200.
So when people complain regarding this issue on their Facebook page, The respond was they only stated that they will give priority to those who purchase protector along with ipad2. Which is totally crappy.

Hi, today I sent my MacBook air to service my LCD screen, but I was informed that I will be charged RM80 "Admin Handling charge". My question is is it viable to charge those fee as my MacBook air is still apple official warranty?
