Battery won't charge

Have anyone encountered this before? My netbook (Acer Aspire One KAV60) can't charge my 6-cells battery. I've tried to flash current bios version to v1.28 (latest version). I've unplug the AC Adapter and battery, pressed and held the power button for about 2 minutes. Install the battery and AC Adapter again, it still can't charge the battery. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, below is my pc setup:

Asus P5Q Deluxe
Intel Core 2 Quad 6600
Gigabyte HD4870 1024MB
2 X Kingston Value Ram 2G
Cooler Master 750W Real Power
DVD Combo Drive
WD Cavier Blue 640GB

I setup all the thing accordingly but still the PC can't boot up. The led light up and heat fan moving for just a while only after i switch on the psu then it fail to boot up and the psu's led light show in red color. What is the actual problem of this case? Can anybody help me on this?

Guys, I want to buy a new desktop computer which has top speed quad-core cpu, high-end pci-e graphic card, mobo that is adaptable to future upgrade and psu that can provide enough wattage. Please suggest on specific manufacturer on those hardware mentioned and price for each of them. For the cpu, which one should i choose, amd or intel? My budget is RM 4000.

Multiple bluetooth connections

Currently I'm using a HP iPAQ 112 PDA. I tried to connect this PDA to two bluetooth devices simultaneously, but it seem that only one connection is allowed at one time. Is there any way to do that?

Slow Pan Prob

Guys, after I draw a line in panel control, set it's autoscrollposition and set back to it's original position again, the line dissapear. It seem the paint event is launched and the drawing is cleared everytime I move the panel. So I put my coding inside the paint event of the panel control so that the line will be drawn everytime it refresh. Eventhough it is, panning of panel control will be lagging if the drawing is big. Anyway to solve this?

Data Report

Currently I'm using a visual basic built in data report designer. It require to set a data environment in order to use it. Problem is, how if I have two child commands of the same level under a parent command, the structure of the data report seem like not supporting this kind of situation. Any advice on this?
