Any thoughts on netgear orbi vs powerline wifi

Currently I'm using tplink ac3150 as main router upstairs and also Tplink WiFi powerline extender downstairs connected to my router. If connected to the WiFi powerline extender using either WiFi or ethernet only able to get around 70Mbps the highest, full speed is 100Mbps. Can this speed theoretically increase using orbi netgear? I'm looking for solutions to help improve WiFi speed downstairs once unifi upgraded to 800Mbps? At least half the speed. Hope sifus can help me.

Problem connecting through Soundbar-TV HDMI CEC

I have tried to link my newly purchased sound bar using HDMI cable. Based on reading i need to connect the soundbar to the TV using HDMI-ARC connection input on the TV itself. So i did this and able to control volume using my TV remote. However problem started when i use astro, android box and ps4pro connected to other HDMI input on the TV. I've tested that by having any of those connected using HDMI apart from the soundbar will render the TV muted as it interferes with the HDMI-CEC connection and the TV does not recognise the soundbar connected. This is shown in the Bravia Sync Menu. Any suggestion will be helpful. Thank you .

This will be my first rig. Usually i used my laptop link to two monitors dell U2311H and dellS2340L, so no need to buy new monitors.

1. My Budget: RM6000
2. Parts to reuse: Old monitors.
3. Purpose: Gaming but i don't want to overclock. Need to be able to play at least 60FPS at hq setting for tombraider, hitman etc.
4. Purchase date: Probably next month, Dec

Laptop speed capped at 0.77ghz

Laptop brand: Dell XPS 16
Purchased: 2008
OS: Windows 8

Recently my laptop has become slower. Used to be very fast.
I checked my power plan that i'm running on high performance.
However the laptop speed cannot go beyond 0.77ghz, the fastest should be 2.4ghz. I confirm this using task manager. It is like the speed has been capped somehow. I have tried to remove some dust on the fan but it doesnt do anything to the speed.

I have been looking for this tyre but couldn't find any shop with this. Anyone knows where to find one. Read that it is quite good performance tyre and it is not that expensive compared to the michelin counterpart . Apart from this also looking for michelin PS3 but most shop in Nilai only have XM1.
