I just graduate this May and major in electronic and communications eng.

Well, currently i worked as assistant engineer under probation period in a factory, job scope is more into repairing board and testing. Just started this job for few about 1 week, but felt very "boring" already
Today i gt an offer from a company in KL, offering me Project Engineer, and i am very dilemma whether to switch job or not

Below is the details of each job:

Current: Asst. Engineer

salary+allowance = 2.2k, after probation maybe will increase 200
long working hour, weekdays 8.15am to 6pm, Saturday will be from 8.15am to 5.30pm(alternate, 1 week work & 1 week off)
not very nice working environment, all the time just stay inside the workshop, with all the technician
factory location is very far from city, not much entertainment or place to relax after work(After work also tired like dog already)
Heard that during CNY or any special occasion also no bonus, my fren worked there 1 year ++ already never gt raise or bonus

Offer: Project Engineer

Basic Salary = 1.9k
phone allowance = 100
petrol = Rm0.60 per 1KM
Weekdays working hour 9am to 6am
Saturday also same like current job, alternate, 1 week work while 1 week off, but only for half day 9am to 1pm
No need to report to office daily, can directly go to the project site to work
not quite related to electronic or telco industry
company location: KL
If project requires me to travel outstation, additional allowance like accommodation will be given
3 to 6 months probation, salary increment will be given after probation

SO, ANYONE PLS GIVE ME ADVICE, WHETHER I SHOULD TAKE THE OFFER OR NOT? PLSSSSSSSSSS!!! I NEED TO REPLY THE COMPANY ON TOMORROW......

i'm a degree fresh graduate in electronic and telecommunications eng.
Now i have 2 offer
1- as a Assistant Engineer in a very larger manufacturer factory, doing troubleshoot, R&D, basic + allowance RM2.3k, accommodation provided (nilai)
2- as a telecommunication engineer in a very small contractor company (don't even have signboard at their office), doing RF optimization, planning etc. Rm2k, 1 year contract, (shah alam)

which should i take, very dilemma

My friend had apply for the MOSTI program, which also caught my attention, very blurrr now, any suggestion ???

Career in TELCO Industry

Regarding to the title above, i am a fresh graduate major in electronic and communications engineering, seeking for a job in telco industry
However, i found that most of the jobs requires years of experience.
Since i'm a fresh graduate, of course i don't have any experience of working in this industry, but still i'm looking forward to work in this industry

So, can anyone advise me what should i do or which way i should focus into to get involved into this industry?
eg: taking other relevant courses & etc....
