Can I still find a job?

I recently lost my job after working there more than 10 years, it was end of project and no new project at horizon, so understandable that iwas given vss.

The thing is, i can't find any job, applied tons of it, and sent my CV to relative and friends but most working in unrelated line of work. I don't mind changing my line but ppl want experience.

Financial I can't cope anymore, out of work for solid 3 months, saving almost run out, wife backing up most and it cost her financial also.

How do i get out of this situation? 33 years old, no one want to hire? I'm only diploma and my it experience worth nothing now?
Married with 2 kids, I'm currently grabcar to put food on table but loans, kids fee all still in darkness.
