PC shuts off and cant reboot

Hi guys,

Hope you all can help me out.

For the past 1 yr, my PC frequently shuts down after sometime of using. It ranges from before even fully booting to few hours. Normally the fan sounds is very very loud and when it is i checked the cpu processes and it quite high even thought i did not run any program!

i have check the bad capacitors system (not aware all this time) and it sounds similar. It is?

After it shuts off, the cpu light is still on (the green colour light) but the processes light of course is not on. the system just virtually looks like its dead until some time maybe 5 minutes to half an hour before i can re-boot the cpu again. And then it depends on luck whether in can fully boot and operationaly or automatically shuts off again.

The most important is how do i solve this problem? The best way. Replace any part or but a new cpu?

During the 1 yr i have tried reformatting the hard drive but still the fan will sound very loud (i just know some simple assembling and reformatting stuff). So if i can fix it by replacing parts i.e motherboard/processor or reformatting then your opinion is most welcome.

Sorry if i can search my problem through the forum but i really not sure.

Any additional information i can provide if needed. i dunno the above is enough.

Thanks
Region

I've been looking to buy games and notice that different region got different price. It seems like the US region(1) one is cheaper than Asia version.

So, is this the only advantage or is there other disadvantage of buying game disc not from your region or no difference at all?

Guys, lately i have been bitten by flea so often that i got few spots everyday i wake up. My whole leg has been covered mostly by spots including my hands as well. Although i'm a guy but i feel bad myself when i saw someone else's leg are without spots and i find myself looking bad scratching my legs all the time during office hours.

i research and found that i could use some 1% hydrocortisone cream to reduce the inflammation but i read there is side effect as well. I read also u can use it with some moisturiser to reduce the side effects.

Anyone can recommend me a proper way to use the cream and any example of brand to buy it from pharmacy?

Thanks in advance for those who contributed to help.
