Hi guys, i not sure this forum is the right forum to post my question here.

Currently, i working in Company WXB (Do not want to mention the company name here) as a Sales Person. Recently, 1 of my customer account went into bad debt account due to the payment more than 9 months already. The amount of the bad debt is about RM5000-6000. As a result, company deduct my commision about RM2000-3000 which is the DIRC of the total amount. Below is my question:

i) I am just an employee of the company and the company is not own by me. I have to bear all the cost for the bad debt account and company did not bear any cost at all. I feel like it is not fair to the employee. As an employee, what can i do about this? Report to MOHR ?

I really need some advice and help from those who had experience or any people that is familiar with the labour law.

Hi, i heard 1 of my colleague talking about Olympus Forex. My colleague said his fren using this company for forex trading when he is in UK few years ago. So he said nowadays the forex company provide referal cost. For example, Let say u refer A guy, i will get 20% of wat he had traded. And he is say like u can earn till 5th generation some sort like that. I feel lile it is just like MLM and its just like more to scam. Kindly please advice or give some comment.

I am now looking to hv a broadband for myself. But i do not know which broadband (Digi,Celcom, Maxis, U-MObile and YES) is more valuable and stable.

Can anyone recommended me which is better in the internet speed and not that expensive for the price.

I hv tried some broadband b4.
Maxis & Celcom - sometimes in the afternoon, the internet speed is not stable and sometimes quite slow
