Hi Greeting to all member,

I have recently bought a mix development condo and I realize there are owners doing Short Term Rental (Daily Renting) and I wonder is this legal? do they have the rights to do so? we are residents staying there, those owners that are renting out for daily have cause the residents many problem this including renting out a 2 bedroom apartment to more then 10 people and during holiday time you can see many people coming in and out of the condo. and occupying the facility.

Anyone that have similar problem? how do you deal with the management and the authority to stop it? Please share your knowledge and experience. very much appreciated thanks.

Gadget Zone 1 Stop Midland

I just about to buy a new PC from gadget zone at 1 stop midland cost RM2588, when I about to pay at the counter with credit card they told that they will charges a 2.5% on top of the price unless I pay by cash, so I get fed up and cancel the deal I walk to NanYang just opposite their shop, with about the same spec and cheaper price with no 2.5% charges on credit card payment the deal was successful.

In my opinion your business pay for credit card service for the sake of providing your customers more options for payments, (which will increases sales) but if you charge your customer by using the service you are decreasing your sales, you can set there is a minimum to spend for credit cards payment but not charge your customer (If your business are not willing to pay for the credit card service DON'T EVEN APPLY FOR IT or please PUT THAT YOUR WILL CHARGE 2.5% FOR ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION but by not telling your customer at the counter when they want to pay). one more case at gadget zone 1 stop midland, my friend bought a DVD writer from gadget zone which outside of the box is written that it come with the mounting screw and cable when he reach home and about to install the DVD writer he found out that the cable and screw was remove from the box. SO this is the last transaction for my friend and me and I will email to notify all my friend about this issue.

GF go out with GUY VS BF out with Girl

Hi I am wondering if anyone of you guy are facing this kind of problem or any other similar to this please share your experience and opinion, one of the situation I am facing is when my GF go out with a guy(I mean 2 person), their just friend and when we the BF go out with a girl , she will think that we gonna cheat on her or we have other motive on that girl, we want to chase that girl etc , is it normal for a girl to be like that? I feel kind of unfair for guy like us , we should have our rights to get to know more friend rite guy? If our GF can go out with a guy then whats the problem with us going out with girl....
