WTA About Gigabyte EP45-UD3P rev1.0 and rev1.1

I found out that there are price difference between these different revision but exactly same model gigabyte mobo...what's is these all about? The cheapest the I see for rev1.0 one is RM540 and rev1.1 one is RM560...is it the updated on BIOS for rev1.1?

I got hyperX and Corsair Dominator 1066 (4x 1gb Kit), 2gb for each brand total up 4gb kit..hyperX is pc2-9200 yet the dominator is pc2-8500...now the question is can i use both of them??since they are different brand and different mhz...~~
