How come Malaysia need to charge as high as RM150 for each PCR-Test?

If the country are committed to fight and eliminate the virus they should reduce the price right?

Income: RM2000 = each test @RM150 is equivalent to 7.5% of their salary to do the test...

Is fighting against covid or finding another source of business...

Well aware that other country also charge quite high for the PCR Test, frequent test is the way to eliminate the virus instead vaccination is just prevention..

Ex-gf break up because cannot travel back to the country due to covid19 and after 2months ex-gf found new bf.

ex-gf does not want to return back the dog we raise up, although the dog 50-50 is come from us

Frustrated and getting more anger and knowing ex-gf family run illegal business, this always come in my mind
to use this to threaten ex-gf to get back the dog

I believe that many upcoming good deal will appears in the market. Hence, would like to share my experience here. Malaysian work in Singapore

Process 1: Found the property you intend to purchase and paid for the booking

Process 2: send email to consular@mhc.org.sg to make appointment, my advice is ask for 2 appointment date or use 2 different email to make appointment.
The appointment arrangement need to wait about 3months

Process 3: Apply Loan & Loan approved & Get lawyer to send you all the documents that needed to signed.
Please inform your lawyer and banker: high commission of Malaysia Singapore charged SGD10 per signature.
" Lawyer must already prepare a cover letter attention to Singapore Malaysia High Commission that stated specifically what is required high commission Signature.

Process 4: After gotten your appointment date & time, go ahead and sign then pay for it and collect it back after few days which high commission will tell you when.

Process 5: Courier back to your lawyer, as pandemic it cause courier time frame extended from normal few working days to few weeks. If urgent the cost it self will be higher

Important notes: to send email to consular@mhc.org.sg make appointment or else you will need to find a notary public service which cost you a bomb.

Costing of Notary services: this is when you don't get appointment or you need urgent sign the documents.
Attestion of signature - SGD40 per signature
Notary certificate: SGD 75
Authentication notary: SGD 85.60

My total cost spend to sign at high commission: with early preparation you will save a lot.
32 copy of attestion : SGD 320
Courier back to Malaysia Express: SGD 61

Before pandemic: travel to Johor sign at zero costing!!!

** Special remark: if you intended to buy property but still undecided which property, I would advice you send email to consular@mhc.org.sg make appointment first. Make multiple appointment by using different email address.

** Special remark: banker sometimes does not know which documents need high commission attestion, so they will ask u to give them sign all but must let them know per signature is SGD10!

As the usual process, we usually meet lawyer and sign it together.

Does it able to sign via digitally or appoint representative to sign on behalf?

The reasons are
1. Currently not in Malaysia
2. The high commission /embassy of Malaysia at Singapore need to set appointment to witness the signature, but the earliest available date to do is after 2 months
3. Unable to travel back to Malaysia
4. Lawyer unable to travel to Singapore too.

Buy Serviced Apartment w Master title

I wanted to buy a subsale services apartment in KL cost 330k , the unit now still under master title.

Would like to seek expert advise, for this case..

1. DO I need to pay MOT stamp duty? based on 330k is rm5600

2. If I no need, then I need to pay for lawyer to do deed of assignment? Anyone know usually how lawyer charge?

3. Anyone can share experience of buying a vped 3years leasehold service apartment without strata title with cost of acquire the unit.

Start from June2020, seller can get the rpgt exemption for first 3 residential properties.

Wanna check with you guys about residential properties, does Serviced Apartment counted?

Residential properties mean flat, condo and apartment only?

Or

Residential properties is those with HDA?
