problem on listing out 2nd option box after query

i have a problem on getting data for the second option box...here how it goes...

i have 2 option box, where 1st option box is query from mysql and then listed on it...the second option box is also query from mysql based on 1st option selected and listed as well...

for example, option box 1 query from database regarding foods...

Option box 1
Fruit
Vegetable
Meats

once option 1 been selected, for example fruit, then it will query database "SELECT * FROM fruit" and then the 2nd option box popup with these...

Option box 2
Orange
Apple
Watermelon

i have no problem storing it in database but i have problem retrieving it...when i retrieve the first box, i use comparison like this...

Kelvin: You think that easi meh? There are so many database in UBS and you need to update all of it. We need to engage with you then teach you step by step how to do all these and it is expensive you know as we need to teach you and it takes a long time. (Keep money money money)

Kelvin: You pay for our service then only we will teach you. We are not doing for free. (Since when I mentioned to do for free?)

hi everyone, i need a help regarding this software. previously i had a cctv software Pico2000A running on windows xp...then after my assistant had changed some of the hardware due to lightning, now i couldnt run the pico2000 software...it written something like "Security key is not found. Please contact your dealer." after i contact my dealer, they said that the program cannot run because i am using high end processor and the program onli supports low end processor...so i went and bought another p4 processor and same thing happens...please advice...
