heard about this project from friend
decide to check it out
went to the sales office at menara uoa pantai dalam this afternoon
almost 9o% sold

3 blocks
Tower 1 - sold out en bloc
Tower 2 - left few units - 578 / 715 and 935 sf

Tower 3 - not launched yet

selling about 650 psf

Any experts out there
is it overpriced
the 578sf at higher floors 30 and above ( 35 highest )
selling RM390K
buy for rental yield ?

if i decide to renovate my house , putting ilegal extensions at the side of the house and not apply for permit.

I know that if MPSJ were to come calling if the neighbours complains, what will most probably happen?

most probably, $$$$

serviced apartment

understand that serviced apartment is residential use on a commercial land.

have not purchased any yet
can anyone be kind enough to educate
is there any twist when you purchase a serviced apt.

how is it different from a condo or normal apartment.

what do we have to look out for in the S & P.
any difficulty selling later

screw up between developer n lawyer

settled the differential payment to the developer two months ago
and expected the bank to have released the loan amt to developer.

yesterday received letter from developer saying that payment was long overdue.

developer says letter has been sent to lawyer to advise payment since June
lawyer says never received any letter , only received it yesterday.

and the penalty interest amts to few hundred.

it is not my fault, and I dont think I shud pay the interest.

what can I do.

I am always wondering what is it like staying in a house which has a forest reserve directly behind.
My biggest worry is the house break ins and also all the uninvited guests - monkeys, snakes, squirrels and of course mosquitos.
At present, BK has many new launches that has the forest as the backdrop.

I also know that it is very cooling.

Can anyone share their experiences

and has anyone got latest update on the planned Subang-Kajang highway traversing Bandar Kinrara via teh Ayer Hitam reserve.
